Previously, considering the proposal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Official Letter No. 3423 / BCT – ĐL dated 6/6/2019 on the detailed survey plan of the Ke Ga Ke offshore wind project, Binh Thuan and Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has a directive.

Specifically, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to consider and decide to approve the survey plan of Enterprize Energy (EE) and allow EE to carry out the survey in accordance with the Prime Minister’s direction in writing. Version 621 / VPCP – QHQT dated January 22, 2019 of the Government Office.

Deputy Prime Minister also directed Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee to chair and coordinate with Ministries of Industry and Trade, National Defense, Transport and related agencies to supervise EE’s survey activities, ensuring security and security. all marine, security and national defense and do not affect the ecological environment, marine resources …, while ensuring security and safety for survey activities.

Detailed survey plan includes the following contents:

Survey and wind data collection: Measurement time: Continuous for 12 months. Wind measurement data will be collected from meteorological column on Phu Quy island and anemometer installed on oil drilling rigs adjacent to the wind power project area, buoy float equipment. Observation parameters: Direction, wind speed. Wind measurement height: Up to 200m above sea level. Observation parameters are recorded automatically, the maximum / minimum values ​​must be recorded during the observation process.

Survey of migration of seabirds, mammals, and large marine species. Aerial survey: Use airplanes to capture and record spatial images of project scope at an altitude of 243 – 609m. The time of the above survey is not done in 4 seasons, at least once every 3 to 3 days, at least 5 – 10 hours a day.

Geophysical survey: Carrying out in the survey area the transmission cable on the shore and the area of ​​offshore wind power development including seabed depth measurement, seabed topography survey, shallow and surveyed seismic measurements. magnetism

Geological survey: Carry out drilling, sampling, conducting field experiments and onshore testing with a limited number of boreholes (maximum of 6 boreholes) in wind power development areas (The depth of drilling holes is about 80m under the seabed) to assess the seabed geological conditions.

Study and survey the environment (Underwater survey, marine ecological survey …).
